My husband and I had a date night here last night, reservations for 2 at the bar. Leading up to the evening we didn't know much of what to expect. We are brand new to CO, but can walk to Ambli. I had talked to several co-workers and staff around the building who had said they've heard nothing but great things about the restaurant. Well, everything from the service to the cocktails to the food were amazing. Margaritas were perfect, I started with a hibiscus and my husband the traditional. We had the street corn app, and the fish and chips (super fresh thin cut potato chips) app, both were great. For an entree, I had the chicken enchiladas made with black bean tortilla and it was to die for, everything that accompanied the enchilada on the plate was edible and good! My husband had the Birria pork tacos and just as you would expect now from the rest of my review, fantastic! Will absolutely be back, this restaurant is a winner.
